Objective
PRPi was asked to research remuneration levels in asset management in Europe in the Sales, Marketing and Product Development areas within a one-month deadline.
Client's situation
Our client was concerned that it was under-paying its sales professionals in Europe versus the market. They previously had difficulty obtaining sufficient data for the specified roles.
Solution
Our strategic input included:
- Advising on the most appropriate research methodology
- Identifying similar firms on behalf of our client
- Designing a questionnaire to cover Sales, Marketing and Product Development roles in UK, Italy, France, Spain and Germany
- Defining the required remuneration data
This involved:
- Compiling and distributing questionnaires
- Collating and analysing the data
- Providing a detailed written report of the results together with a market commentary and recommendations
