Our client is a major European investment bank.

Objective

PRPi was invited to act as an Interim Global Head of Human Resources for the Finance and Risk areas for a 3-month period.

Client's situation

Our client wanted senior HR coverage pending the recruitment of a full-time Global Head of HR.

Solution

A senior PRPi consultant was assigned for a short-term interim HR management assignment to manage an HR team serving 2,500 employees of a major European investment bank.

This involved:

  • Co-ordinating with other global HR personnel and "hands on" implementation of an HR plan tailored to the specific business area.
  • This plan covered key aspects such as reward, 360 degree appraisal feedback, global HR data solutions and succession planning.
  • A significant management element of the various HR teams globally who had hitherto not been working as a co-ordinated unit.
